For those of you seeking therapeutic intervention, I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety and adjustment to life transitions such as divorce, moving, and the transition to college. I also offer career counseling for teens and adults to help you clarify goals and navigate professional challenges, and life coaching to empower meaningful growth. My social skills groups help children build strong social connections. I provide clinical supervision that nurtures skill development, professional identity, and ethical practice. I am also an alumna of the Social Thinking Clinical Training Program in San Jose, CA, where I trained directly with Michelle Garcia Winner and Dr. Pam Crooke.
