Life is often challenging. You may be seeking direction about your career. a relationship, raising children, elderly parents or grief. Therapy is about learning to deal with the challenges and become your best self. Sharing our feelings with an objective person, who is a concerned listener, can bring us comfort as well as direction. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages, the neurotypical and the neurodivergent, those with adverse childhood events, those with substance abusing parents. Parents and married couples come to my practice, also. Working together, we formulate plans to resolve issues and feel better. In the presence of a supportive therapist, clients are free to be themselves and work towards becoming more comfortable with whom they are. Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and self-doubt can be overcome with a corrective emotional experience.
