Barbara believes in assisting individuals to restore hope and meaning to their lives. She also believes in client centeredness, collaboration and she always seek to promote hope, dignity and positive expectations. Her main areas of focus are motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys spending quality time with her two granddaughters, reading and volunteering at her church in the Feed the Need program.
