I have a wide scope experience: I’ve spent much of my therapy career with adults in crisis, serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions and substance/alcohol abuse. My approach is person and trauma-centered, multi-modal, pulling predominantly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused. I am a certified supervisor for Clinical Social Workers. Previous experience also includes macro-level social work within local government
