For all of us, there are times in our lives when we need to seek out the right therapist, who can assist us in addressing those difficulties that stop us from getting the satisfaction that we want in our life. I work with individuals facing emotional and life problems. I am a specialist in addressing anxiety, depression, and the trauma that often underlies these emotions. I am also a certified addiction and certified EMDR trauma specialist in working with addictions of all kinds including alcohol, drugs, and behaviors including but not limited to gambling, sex, shopping, & food.
