I have been working as a clinical social worker for 28 years and I am devoted to help clients believe in themselves and know that there is hope for change. My training began with a concentration in families and children/adolescents and developed over the years to include mental health issues with young adults, adults and couples as well. I have extensive experience with communication and parenting skills, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma work, and life transitions. I work to assist clients to explore, think and generate change in a supportive and safe environment.
