I use a person-centered strengths-based holistic approach to assist clients in managing life stressors and regain control of life. My mission is to provide comprehensive psychotherapy utilizing a nurturing, trusting, and empathetic professional relationship and environment. I worked 14 years in the Department of Integrative Medicine at Saint Francis Hospital. My roles included working with patients, member of Connecticut Military Coalition, and the Connecticut Suicide Advisory Board. I have worked with individuals experiencing chronic physical and mental illnesses. My goal is to assist others in having their best possible life.
