I provide a compassionate, respectful, non-judgmental experience. I believe that every person deserves a therapist they feel seen and supported by. My practice reflects in-depth training, life experience and an openness to new healing approaches. I work with clients to develop positive solutions - whether you’re struggling with a long-time issue or with a difficult life event or crisis. I offer both brief and longer-term therapy, as appropriate, and am available via video, phone and in-person. I strongly believe that committing to work through life's challenges in therapy can result in a more joyful and fulfilling life.
