My role as a counselor is to facilitate empowerment for my clients. By using compassionate active listening, reflecting, and assisting clients in identifying their needs and developing skills to implement healing solutions that bring happiness, peace and comfort to their life. I have 30 years of experience working with a variety of client issues which include depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, victim of abuse, attachment challenges and client empowerment and more. My experience has been with children, adolescent, adults, couples and families.
