I am a licensed professional counselor providing individual therapy services for adults, adolescents and children. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling. I believe clients are the experts on themselves, and through the safety of the counseling experience, are able to gain insight into their true emotions and discover their own solutions and way forward. I believe that our too-busy, over-connected societal norms urge people to stifle their feelings and reject vulnerability. With genuine, non-judgmental encouragement and support, I believe clients can not only self-discover but can ultimately self-heal.
