Counseling is a wonderful investment in yourself and your relationships, but finding the right counselor is tough. I provide an non-judgmental space for you to pause, reflect, feel, and find your way... Struggling with anxiety, relationship conflict/divorce, loneliness, grief, loss, or major life changes? I bring a depth of life experience and professional training in communication, grief/loss counseling, taming anxiety, and de-escalating/healing relationships. I bring an open, caring, inquisitive, and deeply compassionate presence to our time together. I'm here to sit with you—sometimes challenge—yet, always to sincerely listen. I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I've been on that sofa! Life is just like that: messy. Our jobs/relationships have a profound effect on us, but we keep swimming. Some days we need extra support, or new tools in our toolbox to help us reflect, feel, heal, let go, grow, and explore new ways of being.
