Starting therapy can feel scary in the beginning, and I am here to help make this experience be the least non-intimidating and positive as possible. It takes a lot of strength to ask for help, and I want to be here for you as you take these major steps forward in your life. I focus on client strengths and meeting clients where they are at. I will challenge thought patterns in a gentle and nurturing way. I am here to offer support and encouragement. I am not here to judge or tell anyone how to live their life, as each person knows themself best.
