I have been practicing with a diverse clientele for 25 years, with an expertise in relationships (couple's therapy, infidelity, relationship conflict, discernment, etc.). I also specialize in anxiety, trauma, addictions and working with high-achieving individuals. My approach involves helping clients develop insight about why they are finding themselves "stuck," while also teaching useful skills that facilitate behavior change; both are crucial for lasting change to occur.
