I enjoy meeting with women from all backgrounds and ethnicities, teens to adult, and marital couples. I love to hear their stories, make them feel understood and do goals-focused therapy to help them move forward. I work with all issues- anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, grief, infertility and postpartum among others, and love to see people grow and change through challenging circumstances. I enjoy using faith-based counseling as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy and I am trained in EMDR. I believe I can help people make changes and become healthier people and find it a privilege to be a part of people's healing processes.
