Sometimes life just overwhelms you, and this is one of those times. Are you tired, frustrated, even confused about how to proceed? I can assist you in managing to work your way through the issue and into creating a life you love. Birth, death, marriage, divorce, empty nest, career problems are all life cycle events. When one or more of these occur, it seems to throw everything else in your life off- kilter. Avoiding the issue has not helped, and you may not know exactly how to go about addressing it. Dealing with sadness, anxiety, anger, and/or fear is challenging on your own. I will be here for you, listening, caring, maybe challenging some of your thoughts or beliefs, but always in your court. I work with adults, both individually and as couples, and I have experience with the LBGTQ+ community.
