In therapy, there is no "one size fits all!" I work with adults, adolescents and children on an individual basis on many issues, especially issues of loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. Many people suffering from these issues also develop substance abuse, eating disorders and phobias. I believe therapy is a collaboration of therapist and client to understand and treat the issues that keep you from living the life you want.
