I understand the challenges that children and parents face today. My aim is to offer support and guidance to individuals and families seeking expert and early intervention. I am fully committed to help you return to the path of full health. I am an Intensively Trained DBT Practitioner, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Supervisor, and is certified in both CBT-E and in Family- Based Treatment (FBT), for pediatric, adolescent, and adult eating disorders. My approach to psychotherapy helps you build upon your internal resources. Using evidenced-based approaches, can help you achieve emotional stability,and make healthier choices for your life. My treatments offer early intervention for eating disorders and emotional dysregulation in children/adolescents when prognosis is the best.
