Barbara Seidel, MA, LPC, CRC, CSAT-candidate received her master’s degree in counseling from the University of Madison in Wisconsin. Barbara’s advanced trainings include being a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist Candidate (CSAT-candidate) which utilizes Dr. Patrick Carnes 30 Task Model. Barbara specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of compulsive or problematic sexual behavior, sexual and porn recovery, sexual offense related treatment, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, weight loss struggles, low self-esteem/self-image, lack of direction, adjustment disorders. I embrace a humanistic, client centered approach that emphasizes the need for honesty to maximize health and healing. I specialize in supporting my clients to be able to face their struggles, gain insights, and help develop the necessary steps in making positive, healthy changes in the lives of my clients.
