I work with adults, seniors, and adolescents who are navigating emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. I am open to individual treatment, couples, and families. My goal is to help clients develop insight, self-understanding, and tools for managing daily life with greater confidence and self-compassion. In addition to supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, caregiving stress, and the complexities of aging, I also work with teenagers and young adults experiencing ADHD, neurodivergent tendencies, autism spectrum disorders, and anxiety-related difficulties.
