After learning as much as possible from you about your current situation, including possible basic testing and what brought you to therapy, you will be taught specialized techniques that will help you begin to gain an immediate mastery over the issues that face you. I am a goal-oriented, solution-focused Eclectic Psychologist with a broad array of techniques that I teach my patients to empower them to succeed independently. Basically, I hit the ground running. I have had a varied background in successfully applying a wide variety of techniques and skills to patients of all ages and genders with a range of issues, including individual therapy from children through the elderly, couples therapy, family therapy, work issues, and overcoming Social Phobia.
