Hello. I consider myself a rather pragmatic, reality-based therapist. I spent many years contracting with community mental health centers in the metro Denver area and have been well-recognized as a supportive clinician for those in need. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, I will incorporate how you are impacted by the transitions in your life with your desire for growth.
