I have been working in the social work field for over 24 years. My experience has been primarily with Adolescents and Adults who suffer from addiction and mental health disorders. I enjoy the process of engaging individuals and trying to develop a working relationship built upon sincerity and trust. I believe that the therapeutic alliance is the most important aspect of any effective counseling session. I understand and recognize that each individual is unique and brings his/her different life experiences and circumstances to the therapeutic relationship which serve as their building blocks of internal change and self-growth.
