Hi, Are you in recovery related to health, or loneliness after losing your loved one, a job, or relationship? Would you like to consult with a professional on monthly basis? I work with people in recovery and adults who may be struggling with grief after losing a job, relationship, a child, or good health. Also, I offer monthly listening phone calls as needed for Black women/men, athletes, widows/widowers, college students, and single parents. Together, we can identify your wellness needs based on your current situation, available resources, and practical insights to inspire meaningful lifestyle changes. Service lasts for 2-12 sessions, sometimes renews as needed.
