As a therapist, I strive to support my clients using a client-centered approach. I believe in honoring the autonomy of my clients while they navigate their healing journey through our work together. I work with my clients to develop a care plan that builds upon their strengths and targets specific goals related to their mental health. My style incorporates components of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, ages 13-40, who are managing life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
