As a counselor, my goal is to provide support as you go through life's challenges. Together we can work through managing your emotions, healing from past trauma, or navigating through difficult life transitions. We can also work on healing your relationship by processing any barriers your relationship is facing, learning new communication techniques, or rebuilding broken trust.
