About

I support adolescents, teens, and young adults who tend to keep their feelings inside and worry about being ‘too much’ for others. They may struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or feeling unseen and unheard. Many hold their feelings inside to avoid upsetting others. They want to feel confident, valued, and comfortable expressing their needs. Parents often seek therapy because their child seems overwhelmed or withdrawn. My goal is to help my clients build self-worth, find their voice, and feel safe taking up space. View 8 Photos I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach to help adolescents, teens, and young adults set their own goals and build internal motivation. I offer in-person individual and family sessions focused on developing skills, improving communication, and helping clients feel more confident, understood, and supported.
