My goal is to create a welcoming and therapeutic space where every client feels truly seen, valued, and supported. My background includes working with young people navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism, and the broader impacts of school refusal on family systems. In addition to supporting individual struggles, I am committed to providing an LGBTQIA+ affirming space where everyone can feel safe and celebrated. In my practice, I primarily utilize a person-centered approach, focusing on you, your goals, and your innate capacity for growth.
