I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health, perinatal (pregnancy & postpartum) mental health, and EMDR therapy. I work with thoughtful, high-achieving women who are often used to being the capable one — the one others rely on — yet privately feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched thin. Many of the women I support are navigating significant life transitions, including career demands, relationship shifts, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexity of motherhood.
