Through a collaborative effort we can improve your self-awareness by identifying blind spots, relational patterns, and automatic thoughts. Unhelpful behaviors can cause you to feel stuck and may interfere with your ability to experience joy. My therapeutic approach is warm, open, and supportive. During sessions I pay careful attention to your personal history, current circumstances and goals so we can begin to map a meaningful way forward that is uniquely tailored to your needs.
