Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in CA. I received my Masters Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida in 2011. I have dedicated my career to working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression and managing different life stressors. Making the decision to start therapy and recognizing that you want to make changes in your life is a big step and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for you and help you reach your goals. In our first session we will spend some time with introductions and later discuss areas where you would like change to happen or any challenges you are struggling with. We will create a treatment plan specific to your needs and develop goals that you would like to set for our work together.
