Hi, my name is Bec, and I work as a therapist in New York State. I provide online therapy for adults, children, and families. My therapeutic approach is eclectic; drawing from social work systems theory, critical race theory, and human development. As a Clinician, I strive to bring authenticity, boundaries and consistency to sessions, providing a space where people can process their emotions freely and safely.
