We as humans experience life’s highest highs, lowest lows, and everything in between. I work collaboratively with clients to make meaning out of whatever life sends your way. Clients and I create a trusting relationship to explore any emotions, thoughts, or sensations that arise. I believe everyone has the capability to build resilience and make meaning of the world and our place in it. I do not think humans need to be "fixed" or "healed". The opposite of trauma, shame, depression, and anxiety is reconnection with our aliveness, curiosity, connection, playfulness, and presence in ourselves and the world. I also offer experience with the mental health issues of agricultural workers, outdoor industry professionals, and recreationists. I have completed specialty trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level I, EFT Couples Counseling Externship, and Attachment Focused EMDR.
