I love working with young adults as they transition into adulthood. I enjoy working with all ages but am passionate about adults and their mental health journeys. I have experience in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am passionate about working with young adults in particular women as they transition into adulthood. I love working with any individual who is interested in knowing themselves better and loving themselves more. I am also passionate in working with the adult autistic community and helping them feel safe in a world not designed for them.
