I have a lot of experience in school and community settings working with children, teens, and adults. I believe that you are the expert on your life and see my role as walking alongside you to help gain different perspectives, insight, and learn skills to navigate life more effectively. Every person's story is unique, so I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I take the time to get to know you and your background in order to identify the best approach, using an extensive "toolbox" of techniques and approaches.
