When I ventured into becoming a therapist, what kept me going was envisioning having a place where people could come as they are and feel invited, safe, and seen. I imagined people coming with all sorts of thoughts, beliefs, and broken experiences that wanted to know what it is to have peace within their bodies again and to feel empowered to take on anything life could throw at them. This current culture can be challenging to heal in; and I still believe it's possible to get there. If you're especially struggling with an eating disorder, I'm your girl!
