I specialize in helping people who are tired of being everything to everyone, couples who can’t seem to stop arguing about “nothing,” and "everything," trauma and/or anxiety that just seems to keep coming up, and children who swear they don’t need/want therapy, but secretly appreciate talking to someone who is not their parents' for an hour. My therapy style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and infused with just enough humor to make the hard stuff feel a little lighter. I am here to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and how healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I am incredibly passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples from various backgrounds/identities. I have specific experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, body-positivity, domestic violence/abuse, family/relationship issues, and pre/postpartum troubles.
