As a counselor, I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy and offer my clients support and guidance as we explore together the concerns that brought them to counseling. I provide all of my clients a safe, nonjudgmental space to share their stories and ensure that they feel heard, accepted, and respected in the counseling setting. I also recognize that each client is unique, and I am committed to meeting individuals where they are throughout the counseling process. My goal is to help my clients better manage their lives and support them on their journey toward growth and change.
