I am not currently accepting new clients. It can be difficult to ask for help or show up for ourselves when life becomes overwhelming or challenging. Since you’re here reading this, you’ve already taken the first step in showing up for yourself and recognizing that you might benefit from added support. As a therapist, it is important to me that my clients have an open, nonjudgmental, and reflective space to navigate the unique barriers to accessing their best lives. My goal is to support you through life’s challenges in a way that works and feels right for you.
