Our mission at Growing Rootz, is to help foster growth & access to basic human needs by providing a safe space where individuals and families can expand on internal strengths and skills and obtain access to local/state resource. Our goal is to empower our clients to become the best versions of themselves by implementing evidenced based techniques, and a range of therapeutic approaches to enhance quality of life & improve the overall well being for members of our community. At Growing Rootz, we utilize an eclectic approach employing a blend of multiple orientations and methods derived from evidenced based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Anger Management, Strengths-Based, Behavior Management, Art Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Exposure Therapy.
