I work with individuals and couples who are open to possibilities and want to see growth and change but often feel stuck and unsure of how to move into healthier ways of being. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where clients can safely explore present and past stressors while developing hope. Through this exploration, my clients discover and apply new tools that support and empower their healing journey. It is through wholehearted living that humans find joy and fulfillment. We reach this by releasing unhelpful patterns, embracing authenticity, and healing our relationship with ourselves and others. I have significant experience working with women’s issues, highly sensitive people, foster/adoptive families, parenting adult children, sexual trauma/shame and faith crisis. I utilize holistic, attachment and strength-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, EFT tapping, Gottman, inner child work, attachment and mindfulness therapies
