Life gives curve balls, cliff hangers, and tragedies. At times we need a judgment-free witness as we make sense of what is, and find our courage to rebuild. Some need to process traumatic experiences. Trauma may come from childhood experiences, accidents, betrayal, loss, moral injury, as well as the horrors we never wanted to see. I am honored to walk along side as you process your experiences, accept what is, and live your own values. I use Play Therapy with children, who process and learn through play, and I work with frustrated parents. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy to process trauma with eye movements to remove distressing images and sensations. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with adolescents and adults to treat anxiety, depression, and other concerns.
