I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I provide individual and family therapy for youth and adults, addressing relationship issues, difficult life transitions, attachment, anxiety, behavioral challenges and mood disorders. I utilize a range of approaches tailored to address the underlying root of the issue and engage the client and (where appropriate) their support system in treatment. I help my clients to identify their strengths, and then use those to reach their goals.
