I am dedicated to helping people navigate life transitions, heal unresolved trauma, cope with grief and loss, manage anxiety and depression, parent in a conscious and connected manner, and awaken their inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing. I use strength-based and trauma-informed approaches in my work. I integrate Jungian and depth psychology to support the movement toward whoIeness. I foster a compassionate and respectful space to help my clients understand what they are experiencing, develop insight into their life challenges, access their own strengths and resources, and make changes to lead more fulfilling lives.
