Life can be really difficult and sometimes we need someone to hold space and witness the struggle. I am honored to hold space and walk alongside my clients as they learn about themselves and their capacity to grow and change. It is an honor to bear witness to people showing up and doing the hard work of facing what is causing the pain in their life. I strive to create a space where people can feel safe to openly share their story with vulnerability. I work from a strengths-based, client- centered perspective that is trauma informed. I have experience working with adolescents, adults and older adults.
