I specialize in working with adults, especially women, who live at the intersection of ADHD, OCD, and trauma. Many of my clients are high-functioning, insightful, and deeply responsible, yet feel mentally overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety that haven’t responded to traditional therapy.
