I'm here to listen and to help; never to judge or make things worse. Trauma and anxiety are hard and life is weird, having support is often what helps us through the hard things. I can offer a listening ear and a discerning mind for when you want to talk. I also offer EMDR for when you don't want to talk but still want to process. I specialize in trauma and anxiety.
