I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel whole and to grow, especially when life gets complicated. For teens and young adults, those challenges can feel overwhelming—negative thoughts, tough transitions, risky choices, and identity questions can all take a heavy toll. I work closely with high-risk adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community to navigate depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and addiction. I also have a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals or other unique ways of thinking and processing—helping them embrace their strengths and develop strategies that fit their lives. I use the following clinical interventions to help achieve progress in treatment through; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Additionally, I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor providing clinical supervision for Professional Counselors and Certified Addiction Specialist working towards licensure.
