Life presents us with numerous situations, some seemingly minor, others revealing themselves as significant issues later on. When people start to struggle with anxiety, depression, physical symptoms, stress responses, or difficulty managing emotions, they may realize it's time for a change. I desire to help people as they encounter this desire for change. My focus is on providing support to individuals seeking resolution for these issues, enabling them to live fully in the present with intentionality. My post-graduate training has been centered around family therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness training, equipping me with the skills to address a wide range of concerns
