Hello! I’m looking forward to working with you to ease the stress of navigating life’s challenges! I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor who has been in the mental health field for 25 years with experience in a variety of settings including community mental health, private practice and corporate mental health. I obtained my B.A. from NKU, and my Master’s Degree from Xavier University. I enjoy working with clients on managing their stress and anxiety, as well as helping them manage the many life adjustments experienced through each stage of life.
