Many of my clients struggle with the cycle of weight loss, regain, and frustration, especially those using or considering GLP-1 medications (such as Wegovy, Ozempic, or Mounjaro). While these medications can be effective for appetite suppression, they do not address the underlying habits, thought patterns, and emotional factors that often drive weight regain once treatment ends. Together, we work on building long-term weight management skills: coping with stress without turning to food, developing consistent routines, and navigating the transition periods (such as starting, using, or tapering off medication).
